Willey Boom

Named after the former Willey Boom & Lumber Company, the Willey Boom neighborhood in the Southeast area of the city, is home to Tootie’s, Bristol’s oldest restaurant, established in 1945. The area is mostly forest and farmland, giving it a peaceful, rural feel. Many of the homes in this neighborhood are older cottages and bungalows built around the middle of the century.
